                                                Steve has been involved in Real Estate since 1976 as a Broker, Appraiser, Manager, and Investor. Steve achieved numerous top production awards as a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker in the Chicagoland marketplace and was the broker/builder liason for U.S. Homes and Pulte builders. In 1984 he became a real estate appraiser in Naperville, Illinois. In 1985 Steve moved from Illinois to Arvada, Colorado , with his wife and children to assist in the development of a prominent Denver Home Owner Association Management firm and served there as Director of Comunity Management. Subsequently, he purchased and has successfully managed his own rental properties. He has been a Certified Colorado Real Estate Appraiser since 1997. Steve is a Colorado Real Estate Broker and is affiliated with the Keller Williams Professionals Team in their northwest office on 92nd and Sheridan. He services the Colorado front range and networks referrals throughout the United States.

                                                The northwest office has over 120 broker associates and consistently ranks among the top listing and selling offices in the area.
